Neil began his dance journey at the age of 16, training in styles such as hip hop, and contemporary. His strong passion for hip hop culture led him to train deeper into street and funk styles (popping, locking). During that time he got connected to The Filipino Channel (TFC), performing and choreographing for top Filipino celebrities such as Sam Milby, Enrique Gil and Maja Salvador. In 2018, Neil graduated at the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies majoring in Urban Planning. Juggling between school and passion, Neil always knew that dance is a big part of his life. Throughout his University career, Neil has competed and directed teams for numerous competitions, such as World of Dance and Hit The Floor, taught at various studios and conventions, and was featured on rIVerse’s music video “Giant”.
After graduating, he quickly pursued a career in the entertainment industry as an actor and dancer full time. His passion for the art grows fonder everyday, and is driven to refine his skills to continue to develop as an actor, dancer and choreographer within the industry.
